We only sell 100% handmade oil paintings, hand re-created by our experienced artists. All of our oil paintings are real masterpieces, every stroke, texture and nuance is created 100% by hand in the same way the original paintings were created. They are not prints, not paintings on prints, not photos on canvas, not giclee, or any other printing and transfer processes.
Returns & Exchanges
We know you will be 100% satisfied with your artwork! That is the reason why we offer 100% money-back guarantee policy. If you receive your painting and do not like the quality of the physical product for any reason, you may return it within 45 days of receipt and receive a free replacement or a full refund for the price of the product. There is no charge for the return and replacement of the painting. Customer shall be responsible for only the pay for the return shipping.
1.Please contact the customer service on our website by email and indicate the items you want to return and append with the reason.
2.Upon receipt of our return instructions, please return the item in its original packing.
3.Send the package back to our customer service
4.We will process the return within 5 working days after we receive your package. Once the refund is sent, you will receive a confirmation email.
Conditions of return
1.You have 45 days to decide if an item is suitable for you.If you would like to return or replace the item, please contact us within 45 days after delivery.
2.We do not accept return that is worn, damaged or altered in any way.
3.The customer bears the return freight for package that returned to us.
4.Be sure to check your return carefully before returning it. We are not responsible for the return of products that not bought from us.
