Meyer co-founded the renowned restaurant Noma in Copenhagen with chef René Redzepi in 2003. Noma has been repeatedly named the best restaurant in the world by Restaurant magazine, thanks in part to its innovative approach to Nordic ingredients and its emphasis on foraging and fermentation.
